Extended Technical Support

Support for EZReader customers is provided free of charge for 6 months.

For support outside that window or for other computer and technical support needs, New Vision Concepts offers extended support.

This option provides unlimited EZReader technical support for one person for a period of 30 days.

Support may be provided over the phone, via remote control of the user's computer or in-person as the situation requires and allows. 

All sales are final.  Returns are not accepted.
